Booking Details
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure any booking made. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of treatment with the remaining balance to be paid on the day of your appointment.
If you are going to be late to an appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Please note if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and to secure a new appointment you will be require to pay another deposit.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you are needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If the correct notice is given your deposit will be carried over to your new booking.
Once a booking is made and your deposit is successfully transferred you will be forwarded some consultation/ consent forms to complete online. These forms are a mandatory requirement and must be completed atleast 48 hours prior to treatment.
A patch test is required on ALL treatments atleast 48 hours prior to your appointment, this is to check for any potential allergies to pigments and numbing creams used.
