Arriving late may interfere with your treatment or potentially delay the next client attending, therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will automatically be cancelled. To re book this appointment a further deposit will be required.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required if you are needing to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If the correct notice is given your deposit will be carried over to your new booking.
Gift Vouchers are non refundable and are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and will not be accepted after the expiry date. Your gift voucher number must be quoted at the time of booking and the voucher must be handed over at the start of your treatment.
Personal details taken from clients during consultation will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasions like to send you details of any special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Please note when completing your medical consent forms that you answer all fields honestly as some medical conditions can mean some treatments may not be suitable for you.
Please understand that we cannot accommodate children under the age of 16 and pets are also unable to attend with you during your appointment.
A patch test is required to be completed for all clients and must be completed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your appointment.
For all semi-permanent make- up appointments, a touch up session is required between 4-8 weeks after your initial treatment. This should be booked on completion of your initial treatment.
